...welcomes you for a delightful holiday...our house is located in Via Campacc, vicinity of Val Federia, near lake Livigno, in a lovely and very sunny setting, surrounded by green fields and ideal for people that like peace and quiet ….
We are at the foot of the mountain, close to the Livigno cycling track and you can not only see the spectacular reign of the deer but even the little marmots, quite close to the house; During the winter months we are covered with white snow but, even though we are on the outskirts of Livigno, it is easy to get down town and the ski lifts are about 500 metres away; a bus stops only 5 metres away from the house and takes you straight to the ski slopes, free of charge.
…You can enjoy a homely atmosphere where the family takes care of your needs and gives you information; the ideal place for enjoying a holiday devoted to relaxation and sport, without giving up any comfort ….
The flats are cosy, with attractive wooden furnishings and equipped kitchens; every flat has a balcony. - There is an ample car park, lawn, barbecue, solarium and for the winter season, a heated room for storing skis and boots. - No animals allowed.

Living room with sofa bed, tv, kitchenette with an electric hotplate, microwave oven, electric oven and coffee machine (Melita), bathroom with shower, double bedroom with balcony.

The flats are furnished with dishes and bed linen.
Guests just need to bring bath towels.
Pets not allowed.

Flats on the second floor (attic):
Flat n. 5:

Living room with balcony and loft, kitchenette with electric hotplate, electric oven and coffee machine ( Melita), tv, bathroom with tub/shower, one double bedroom with balcony. Adding beds possibility.

The flats are furnished with dishes and bed linen.
Guests just need to bring bath towels.
Pets not allowed.

Flats on the second floor (attic):
Flat n. 6:

Living room with balcony and loft, kitchenette with electric hotplate, electric oven and coffee machine ( Melita), tv, bathroom with tub/shower, one double bedroom with balcony. Adding beds possibility.

The flats are furnished with dishes and bed linen.
Guests just need to bring bath towels.
Pets not allowed.
